DESCRIPTION:A two day residential workshop with Kate Bendall and Kovido Mad
 dick\n10.30 am Saturday 8th- 4.30 pm Sunday 9th April 2017\nBurns Lodge\, 
 89 Church Road \, Mosgiel\, Dunedin.\nIt will be a mixture of Mindulness\,
  Yoga\, Movement and Relaxation. Some parts of it will be in silence and o
 thers will include discussions. We will be using the tools of classical yo
 ga to gain access to the deeper aspects of the mind\, since it is from thi
 s place that we can connect with the light in our hearts and move from suf
 fering towards joy.\nWe will use simple postures and movements combined wi
 th the breath during sessions. No body is too old/ stiff/ unfit. We will a
 lso use sound and experience the deep healing effect sacred sounds can hav
 e when placed in a Yoga practice.\nWe really want you to trust your intuit
 ion of what you need\, so you are welcome to join in whatever you want to 
 and leave the rest . Alternatively you can sit drinking tea\, go for a wal
