 ay retreat we will be developing mindfulness\, kindness and self care thro
 ugh walking\, sitting\, eating\, loving kindness meditation and gentle mov
 ement. The day will largely be conducted in silence although instructions 
 will be given by Kovido. This is an opportunity for participants to take t
 ime out from the busyness of everyday life and to slow down.  A chance to 
 spend a day with themselves and others in a beautiful natural setting.</p>
 \n<p style='text-align: left\;'>Kovido Maddick spent 10 years training in 
 mindfulness and meditation as a Buddhist Monk. He has been teaching Mindfu
 lness Based Stress Reduction programmes since 1996. He is co-facilitator o
 f the Dunedin Men’s group\, and is a Hakomi Graduate.</p>\n<div class='sha
