  Kovido Maddick\n \nIn this day retreat we will be developing mindfulness\
 , kindness and self care through walking\, sitting\, eating\, loving kindn
 ess meditation and gentle movement. The day will largely be conducted in s
 ilence although instructions will be given by Kovido. This is an opportuni
 ty for participants to take time out from the busyness of everyday life an
 d to slow down.  A chance to spend a day with themselves and others in a b
 eautiful natural setting.\nKovido Maddick spent 10 years training in mindf
 ulness and meditation as a Buddhist Monk. He has been teaching Mindfulness
  Based Stress Reduction programmes since 1996. He is co-facilitator of the
