 ater calm and wisdom\, by being aware of how we react to stress and even u

 l stress responses</li>\n<li>Techniques for noticing and shifting your rea
 ctions to stress</li>\n<li>Techniques for calming your thoughts and emotio

 at opportunity for people who have done an Introduction to Mindfulness to
